Scholarship: If this is your first foreign mission trip you will qualify for a $200.00 scholarship that will be deducted from your trip cost. Discount code: firsttime
Payment timeline: To reserve space on a trip, a $300.00 per person deposit is due when you register.
We expect this trip to fill fast so you are encouraged to hold a spot by making a deposit to reserve your place on the team now. If something happens between now and 60 days before your trip that will not allow you to participate we will release your spot and return to you any funds you have contributed. We always make a final check 60 days before the trip to verify the team members.
Passport: Please check your passport and make sure that it is valid for at least 6 months beyond our return date, if it is not, begin the renewal process now. If you do not have a valid passport, you are encouraged to apply now so that you do not have any complications as we get closer to the trip. If you do not go this year your passport is still a great accomplishment as it will be valid for 10 years.
Negative Covid test required prior to departure. No vaccination requirement for this trip.
Our goal is to do our best to ensure the safety of participants, local partners, and members of the communities we serve. We are in contact with our partners in each community and working to make sure we provide the safest environment and follow all local guidelines when it comes time for our trip.
